1. Cover charge will be applicable after 10:00 PM
2. This is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive experience. Guests are requested to be cognizant of every other guest’s comfort and experience. A guest found responsible for any discriminatory actions, will be asked to leave the venue. 
3. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
4. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment. 4. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
5. It is mandatory to carry vaccination certificates and follow social distancing norms 
6. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick
7. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

9. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer 
10. Strictly No Drugs. Anyone found with any illegal substances will be handed over to the concerned authorities.
11. No open cigarette boxes will be allowed inside the premises. 
12. Guests below 21 years of age will not be entertained and no refunds will be provided if the entry is denied under this condition. 

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. 

Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Dark Vibe Society reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
