- Organizer/venue reserves the right to deny entry at any time as a precautionary measure to uphold the highest level of health, safety, and security for everyone.
- Please remember to carry a valid government-issued ID proof (Driver's License/Aadhar Card/Voter Card) for verification purposes.
- Alcohol (Wine) will be served only to attendees above the age of 21 and Narcotic Substances are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
- Tickets issued for the event permits entry for 1-person only and rights to admission is not transferrable.
- Refund or compensation will not be provided on the purchased ticket for inability to attend, unless informed 3-days prior.
- The sponsors/band/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage or loss of valuables that may occur during or at the event.
- Self-Parking near or using Valet Services at the event premises is at the risk of the owner and Justbe does not take responsibility for the same.
- Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
- The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
- A breach of the reasonable and applicable terms and conditions will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
