- Masque will contact you within 48-72 hours of your booking to confirm table, date & diet preferences. Keto, Vegan & Dairy-Free Diets cannot be accommodated.
- A double vaccination certificate or a negative RT-PCR report sampled no later than 48 hours prior to the event start time is mandatory. Provided documents must bear QR codes.
- For slot-based bookings of the Fort Drive & The Museum Tour, you will receive a call and an email within 48 hours of your booking.
- Each room, even within the same category is different and may differ from the representational image as this is a heritage property.
- In case a 3 person package is booked, an extra bed will be provided within the same room for the third person.
- The Taj Usha Kiran Palace Hotel is a part of the Jai Vilas Palace compound, where the event will take place. It is a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
- Majority of the event activities take place at the rooftop of the Jai Vilas Palace which can be accessed via a flight of stairs. Suitable footwear is advised.
- The venue is a heritage property and there is no wheelchair support.
