purchase policy that ensures your satisfaction and comprehension of the buying process
through our website and mobile apps. This policy pertains to all purchases made on our website
from January 1, 2023, including primary ticket sales and transferring tickets to your
acquaintances. Our website encompasses domains such as www.skillboxes.com,
www.skillbox.co, www.skillbox.co.in which are collectively known as the "Site."
It's crucial to note that this purchase policy is supplementary to our terms of use that govern
your use of our website and the possession, purchase, or use of any Skillbox products,
services, or tickets. Please carefully review both policies before making any purchases on our
website.

1. Currency
All prices for tickets and other items available for purchase on Skillbox are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).
This means that any transaction you make through Skillbox will be processed in INR. It is important to
note that exchange rates may apply if you are purchasing tickets from outside of India.
2. Payment Methods
We want to make the purchasing process as convenient as possible for our customers. To accommodate
your needs, we accept several methods of payment. These payment methods include various payment
options including Digital wallets like Paytm/ Phone pe/ Mobikwik etc, VISA/ Mastercard/ Rupay Debit card
or Credit card, UPI/ QR, Net Banking and Pay Later.
We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to payment, which is why we offer
a variety of payment options. This ensures that you can choose the payment method that works best for
you.
Please note that the availability of payment methods may vary depending on the event you wish to attend.

3. Who You Are Buying From
We act as the agent for the entities that provide events, including artists, venues, teams, fan clubs,
promoters, and leagues, also known as the Event Organizer. In most cases, we sell tickets on behalf of
the Event Organizer. However, there may be instances where we own a number of tickets as part of our
services contract with the Event Organizer.
When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in India or outside of India, SkillBoxes (India)
Private Limited will handle the transaction and collect payment on behalf of the Event Organizer. We
ensure that the purchasing process is straightforward and hassle-free for our customers.
However, if you choose to purchase a resale ticket through any other Site, please be aware that you will
be purchasing that ticket from a third-party seller and not directly from the Event Organizer. We cannot
guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources, and we strongly advise
against buying tickets from scalpers or other unauthorized sellers. In the event that you purchase a
counterfeit or invalid ticket, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To protect yourself, we recommend that
you purchase tickets only through our Site and avoid unauthorized resellers.
4. Pricing and Availability
We act as the intermediary for Event Organizers, and as such, we do not set the ticket prices or
determine seating locations. The face price of the tickets is usually set by the Event Organizers
themselves. Tickets for events are generally available through various distribution channels such as
websites, mobile apps, and box offices. These distribution channels access the same inventory and
ticketing system, so tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. In some cases, additional tickets may
become available before the event. However, we do not control the inventory or its availability. You can
refer to our FAQs section for more information on ticket availability.
5. Order Confirmation and Processing
Once you have completed the payment process, we will send you an Order Confirmation in the form of a
confirmation page or email ("Booking Ticket Mail"). In case you do not receive an Order Confirmation after
submitting payment information or encounter an error message or service interruption during the
purchase process, it is your responsibility to check your account to confirm if the order has been placed
successfully. We advise you to be vigilant and inform us of any issues that may arise during the purchase
process. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any losses, monetary or otherwise, if you
assume that an order was not placed due to a lack of confirmation.
Please double ensure that you check your order confirmation carefully to ensure that all details are
correct.
6. Service Fees, Order Processing Fees, Taxes.
Skillbox may charge convenience fee, service fees, order processing fees, taxes, and shipping charges.
These fees will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase. Please note that taxes may vary
depending on the location of the event. In some cases, you may need to pay a shipping or delivery fee.
Any shipping or delivery charges are calculated based on delivery location and shipping method. Please
note that the delivery fee, as well as the order processing fee, convenience fee, may not reflect the actual
cost to deliver, or process your order, and in some cases, these fees may include a profit to SkillBox.
When you purchase tickets from Skillbox's website, you may be subject to various fees, such as a per
ticket service fee and per order processing fee, convenience fee. Skillbox is required to collect taxes
according to Central, State and local laws, and these taxes may be displayed separately or included in
the total service fee.
7. Number of Tickets or “Ticket Limits”
When you purchase tickets through our website, there is a limit to the number of tickets you can buy for
each event. This policy is in place to prevent unfair ticket purchasing practices. Each account must belong
to a unique individual with valid and verifiable information. The use of multiple accounts to circumvent or
exceed ticket limits is not allowed. If you exceed or attempt to exceed the ticket limits, we may cancel any
or all of your orders and tickets without prior notice, and you may be prohibited from purchasing tickets in
the future. This includes orders that are associated with the same name, email address, billing address,
credit card number, or any other information.
8. Ticket Transfer
Some events may allow for ticket transfer. If you wish to transfer a ticket, please contact Skillbox
customer service at query@skillboxes.com. Please note that ticket transfer may not be available for all
events.
If your tickets are transferable, you can only send them to someone you know via any acceptable transfer
channel, along with the purchaser's valid digital/ physical government-issued ID.
It's important to note that the recipient of the ticket must hold and present the purchaser's digital/ physical
valid government-issued ID along with the ticket at the venue.
In case of a canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated event where refunds are approved by the
Event Organizer, only the original purchaser, i.e., the person who directly bought the tickets from our Site,
will be eligible for refunds or credits, if available. If an event is canceled, the original purchaser will receive
any available refund, and no further action is necessary from the recipient of the transferred tickets.
Please note that transfer recipients are not eligible for any available refunds or credits because they did
not purchase the tickets directly from our Site.
9. Opening Acts / Festival Acts
Sometimes, headlining performers may be accompanied by opening acts, guests, or undercards during
their tour. However, we may not always be notified about these opening acts or the duration of their
performances. It's important to note that opening acts and festival performers are subject to modification
or cancellation at any time without prior notice. In the event that an opening act or festival performer is
altered or canceled, no refund will be issued.
10. Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved
Events
It's important to keep in mind that if an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, the Event
Organizer has the final say on refund and/or credit policies, which may be subject to limitations set by the
Event Organizer. However, if the event is canceled, you will automatically receive a refund to the original
method of payment used at the time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. If
the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your ticket(s) (including any additional add-ons or
upgrades, such as parking) are still valid, and no further action is required.
Please note that we will attempt to contact you to update you on the status of the event, and inform you of
any refund, credit, or exchange procedures if the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved.
However, we will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in
connection with a canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.
11. Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges
Please review your event and seat selection carefully before making your purchase, as all sales are final
and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances mentioned in T&C section of that particular event
detail page, and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section above. Unfortunately,
policies set forth by Event Organizers typically prevent us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket
has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Therefore, please note that tickets
cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.
In the event that your event is eligible for refunds and we have received funds from the Event Organizer,
we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid (or, for a discounted ticket, the discounted ticket price
paid), any service fees, and any additional add-ons or upgrades (such as parking). Please note that
Internet handling fee, convenience fee, Tax on providing that service, expedited shipping charges,
merchandise purchases, Fan Club membership fees, or any other amounts will not be refunded under
any circumstances.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card, including for refund requests
made through the self-service option. If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the
same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to
that account.The Payment gateway charges and Internet Handling Fee are non-refundable and are at the discretion of Skillbox.
Please be aware that seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout, but they are subject to change
at any time. Refunds are not allowed if the seating map is updated, if additional seats/rows are added, or
if seats change due to a venue change after purchase.
We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and we will not refund the
difference between the original price and the sale price. Additionally, please note that there are no
refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages.
12. Account, Order, and Billing Information Verification
It is important to provide valid and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. We
may verify the information provided, including billing address and credit card information, before
processing an order. Any orders placed with false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete information, or
information that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, may be subject to cancellation. In
the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to sell the tickets to another customer without further notice.
Please ensure that all account and order information is accurate to avoid any issues or delays with your
purchase.
13. Pricing and Other Error
If the price you pay for a ticket is incorrect due to an error in the price posted on the Site or any other
communication, or if you were able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or if you
were able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, we reserve the right to
cancel that ticket or order and refund the amount you paid. This applies even if the error was due to
human error or a technical malfunction of the SkillBox system. Please note that we will not be responsible
for any travel or other expenses incurred as a result of such errors. In the event that a refund is processed
in error or exceeds the original amount paid, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method
used at the time of purchase.
14. Multiple Browser Windows
To avoid any potential issues during the ticket purchasing process, we kindly ask that you use only one
browser window when ordering tickets through our website. Using multiple browser windows to search for
tickets may cause errors, timer expiration, or even result in losing your tickets. Therefore, we highly
recommend that you focus on using a single browser window while searching and placing your order to
ensure a smooth and successful ticket purchasing experience.
15. Unlawful Resale of Tickets; Promotions
It is illegal to resell tickets in an unlawful manner, including the use of counterfeit or copied tickets, and
doing so will result in the confiscation and cancellation of the tickets without compensation. We reserve
the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone who violates our policies. To ensure the
authenticity of tickets, we recommend purchasing them directly from us, authorized partners, or the venue
box office. Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes unless
authorized in writing by us.
16. You Are Subject to Search
You must agree to be subject to a search of both you and your belongings upon entering the event. By
entering the event, you consent to such searches and forfeit any claims that may arise in relation to the
search. If you refuse to consent to a search, you may be denied entry to the event without any
compensation or refund. Additionally, certain items may be prohibited from being brought into the event
premises, including but not limited to firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording
devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (such as artificial noisemakers), bundles, and containers,
according to facility rules.
17. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a ticket to the event, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks and dangers
related to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. This includes the risk of personal
injury, death, or exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or
pathogen capable of causing illness. You waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, the
management, facilities, leagues, artists, other participants, and all of our respective parents, affiliated
entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying
minor. You also assume all risks of inclement weather and acknowledge that the event date and time are
subject to change.
Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that SkillBoxes India Pvt Ltd and the Event Organizer, as well
as any companies affiliated with them, are not liable for any claims or potential claims arising from or
relating to the risks, hazards, and dangers associated with the event, including but not limited to the risk
of contracting a communicable disease or illness. Please refer to the Limitation of Liability section in the
Terms of Use for additional information on our liability limits.
18. License; Ejection and Cancelation; No Redemption
Value
You must adhere to all the Event Organizer Rules, policies, terms, and conditions, as a part of the
licensing agreement. The Event Organizer has the authority to deny admission to, or remove from the
venue, any person whose behavior is deemed disorderly, who uses abusive or offensive language, or
who fails to comply with the rules. If you violate the terms or rules, your license to attend the event will be
terminated, and no refund will be issued. Your ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be
refused at any time. The ticket has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
19. Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
By purchasing tickets to an event, you acknowledge that the event is a public gathering and your
presence and behavior at the venue are public. You also agree that you have no expectation of privacy
regarding your actions or conduct during the event or in the vicinity of the venue. You hereby grant us, the
Event Organizer(s), our partners, licensees, and assigns, including our brand and media partners,
permission to use your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and
statements in any live or recorded audio, video, photographic display or other transmission, exhibition,
publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event, for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or
context, whether before, during or after the event, without the need for further authorization or
compensation to you or anyone acting on your behalf.
For virtual events, you are only allowed to view the event for your personal use. You are not allowed to
record, copy, publicly exhibit, transmit or distribute any virtual event through any means, sell views of any
virtual event, or allow others to access your account for the purpose of viewing a virtual event.
