Anhad + Tanner, hailing from New Delhi, India and Durham, North Carolina bring together a completely fresh and contemporary touch to Asian underground music with their debut record “In Other Words”. Navigating through the territories of Hindustani music and interpreting it in a cutting edge sonic pallet driven by strong electronic sensibilities, this album is a myriad of their vast influences. Opening tune “Jiya II” is their ode to their early collaboration which set in motion the plans to come together as a full time duo.
