Renaissance brings the alternative sound to the present with an urge to revive the thoughts that have long stayed redundant. The album as a concept promotes change. Change is the only constant in life, and it often suffers resistance. Societal changes are very rarely seen as a personal one. Hence, all that Renaissance and thereby Corner Café Chronicles asks of their listeners to just make one significant change – To start questioning things, developing curiosity, and thinking again. The society and the many issues it holds needs a fresh pair of eyes and ears. Renaissance lays down a few issues ranging from the abuse of nature to depression, from inherent greed to sexual freedom and directs the listeners’ minds to absorb and react.

We at Corner Café Chronicles take a deeper look at these questions with our debut album Renaissance.
In a first of its kind effort, we are releasing our debut album ‘Renaissance’ - Part 1. This album will have two parts, second of which will be released in the next 3 months. In another first, we are putting our efforts to ‘reverse crowdfund’ this album after giving fans and supporters an opportunity to hear the music and make an informed choice to contribute basis their liking of the tracks.
We aim to raise INR 1,20,000 to cover our costs of production for the album in a span of 45 days with the campaign ending on the 27th of July.
With a global pandemic, it has become an increasingly trying time for musicians.This unique opportunity enables us to keep creating music that impacts our listeners positively and it is incomplete without your help.
