This Too Shall Pass is an indie cinematic EP composed with visual images in mind. Each instrumental track has an underlying meaning behind it which can bring the moving images to life. It has been composed for a 5-piece intimate chamber orchestra - felt piano, violin, cello, clarinet and bassoon. Track descriptions: 1. This too shall pass - The times are difficult but it's going to be well soon. A hopeful tune performed on the piano, cello and violin 2. Nostalgia - A warm tune to relive the cherished memories in past performed on the piano, clarinet and bassoon 3. Time flies - When you are doing the things you love, time flies and passes by really quickly. 4. Reverie - A tune for pleasantly losing yourself in your thoughts or a daydreaming sequence. Performed on the piano, violin and cello. 5. Nostalgia (strings version) - A sad nostalgic tune performed on the piano, violin, cello, clarinet and bassoon. 6. Adieu - Goodbyes are always difficult. A farewell tune for a sentimental sequence performed on the solo piano.
