This two-day festival is designed to inspire and unlock the immense potential of students and recent graduates in India. Celebrating art, culture, and design, iFestival 2023 showcases the creativity and intellect of artists, designers, and creators, opening up new pathways for the future.
The event comprises three exciting sub-categories, each catering to different aspects of the design world:
TFA - The Fashion Awards: A pulsating event that recognizes and rewards trendsetters and fashion icons from diverse backgrounds. There will be four exclusive fashion shows featuring the talented students of JD Institute of Fashion Technology. These fashion shows will be a highlight of the event, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and unique styles of the emerging designers. Entry Restrictions
iFestival is exclusively for college students, invitees, parents, and relatives of JD Institute and its campus students. To gain entry, valid college identification or a government-issued ID will be required. Please note that children under the age of 12 will not be allowed to attend the event.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and well-being of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited on the premises:
- Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and intoxicants of any kind.
- Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco.
Vaping devices and e-cigarettes. - Sharp objects, weapons, or any item that may pose harm to others.
- Any illegal or harmful substances, including controlled substances and illegal drugs.
- Bag Checks All bags and belongings are subject to security checks upon entry. Please cooperate with the security personnel for a smooth entry process.

Responsible Behaviors
We expect all attendees to conduct themselves responsibly and respect the rights and safety of others. Any disruptive or offensive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event premises.
Health and Safety
iFestival organizers priorities the health and safety of all attendees. In case of any medical emergency or concern, please seek assistance from the on-site medical staff.
Photography and Media
By attending iFestival, you grant permission to the event organisers to use your likeness, image, or voice in any media coverage or promotional materials related to the event.
Flea Market and Food Stalls
iFestival organizers not liable for purchases or transactions at flea market and food stalls. Vendors are independent entities. -
Any issues or concerns must be resolved directly with vendors. Organizers not responsible for financial losses or disputes.
Parking and Transportation
No designated parking area at iFestival. Attendees arrange their own off-site parking and follow local regulations. Use public transport, carpool, or ride-share. Event organizers not liable for parking issues, violations, towing, or vehicle damage.
Ticketing and Refunds
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be voided. You have to bring your ID to the event. Event Organisers reserve the right to cancel your ticket or restrict your entry at any time.
Event Changes and Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, artists, and activities without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be informed, and refund procedures will be followed as per the ticketing terms.
Environmental and Sustainability Initiatives
At iFestival, we are passionate about sustainability and environmental responsibility. We encourage all attendees to join us in reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices. Please dispose of your trash in the designated recycling bins and follow any sustainability guidelines provided.
Lost or Stolen Items
The organisers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure and report any lost items to the event staff.
Compliance with Laws
All attendees must comply with the local laws, regulations, and event rules during the iFestival.
By attending iFestival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in eviction from the event and possible legal action.Indemnification
By attending iFestival, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise due to your participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other incidents during the festival.
